We are a bit older, so when we decided to move from CA to Bend to be close to our son it was overwhelming! We needed major hand holding. Paul was always available. His videos of houses were very helpful, but his input on what the house had to offer or didn’t was assume. We had to sale our house, so we could buy our new one. The timing was critical, would we need to rent for days or months. Paul was instrumental on this to all work out perfect. Our home in CA closed one day and our Bend home closed the next. We were so relieved!!!! Thanks for all your time and help much appreciated.

Paul was absolutely amazing to work with. He paid close attention to every detail, genuinely believed in our home, and that showed throughout the entire selling process. Paul was able to find us a house after the initial house we were looking at had a contract placed on it before we were able to. But that house was a much better fit for us as a family and we were able to close in 30 days. Paul is fast, efficient, and always available for your calls/text even at hours of the night where you think he won’t reply but he does. My one critique for Paul is that his communication style is different than most people and took a bit to get used to. However he is great at his job and I am glad we found him and were able to close on our house. Thanks Paul!

8 years ago I contacted Paul “Mr. Bend” to purchase a rental income home. Even though we never met and realized it was bad timing. Paul was professional as they come. Wasn’t frustrated that I wasted his time and super understanding. Well, 2025 came along and long story short we purchased a home and Paul was even better in person.
